Q. What kind of beads do you use?
A. Almost all my beads are glass and wood. Occasionally I fall in love with particularly stunning crystals or even crazy plastic beads that I can’t resist using, so I do. I also use some vintage beads that I garner form old necklaces and such. It’s quite a mix!

Q. Are your earring hooks sterling silver?
A. All sheperd hooks sold on my website are sterling (925) silver. The long drops (eliza) are not availbale in sterling silver. They do have nickel in them so if you have allergies, these are not for you. I, however, wear them almost every day (as my friends could tell you!) and have never had a problem!

Q. What are your wire, chain and other findings made of?
A. My wire, chain and findings (other than earring hooks) are all silver plated nickel unless otherwise specified. If you would like any of the findings I use changed to meet your specifications, please e-mail me at bridget@wineonsundays.com before placing your order.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. All online orders are processed through Paypal. If you'd rather not pay with a credit card, we accept checks and money orders as well. To pay with a check or money order, please contact me at bridget@wineonsundays.com

Q. I need my order shipped quickly - how long will it take?
A. I try to ship orders within 48 hours, assuming I have your order in stock. If I have to make it, please allow me 1-2 weeks to do so. I will keep you informed on your order’s progress, but please feel free to contact me with any questions. If you need something quickly, please e-mail me at bridget@wineonsundays.com before you place your order to see how quickly I can make it happen!

Q. How does the shipping work?
A. I ship all orders through Canada Post. Please allow 1 week for shipping within Canada and 2 weeks to the U.S.

Q. What about sales taxes?
A. Orders within Canada are subject to 6% GST. Orders shipped to addresses in Ontario (Canada) are also subject to 8% sales tax. No sales taxes will be charged on orders shipped to the U.S.

Q. I am from the U.S. What about customs duties?
A. You are responsible for any U.S. customs duties levied on your shipment.

Q. Will you sell my information?
A. All information submitted to Wine on Sundays will be kept confidential. No information will be sold or shared. Wine on Sundays, however, reserves the right to release your information if required to do so by law.

Q. Can I swipe a photo from your website?
A. The content of my site (text, graphics, images and logos) is the exclusive property of Wine on Sundays. It is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws, so if you want to use it for some reason or other, please ask!
